Enclave Coworking, a Chicago-based startup redefining coworking for suburban professionals, has raised $4.2 million in its Series A funding round. The round was led by Tandem Invest, with participation from Bling Capital, New Stack Ventures, AMG Ventures, and Verras Capital LP.
Enclave’s platform offers tech-enabled, design-forward coworking spaces tailored for professionals seeking flexible work environments closer to home. The company plans to use the new funding to:
- Expand operations to over 100 suburban locations across the U.S. within the next two years.
- Enhance technology infrastructure to support staff-free operations, providing high-quality experiences at below-market prices.
- Develop community-centric workspaces that cater to entrepreneurs, remote workers, and small teams.
New Stack Ventures proudly led Enclave’s pre-seed round, supporting their mission to bring vibrant, local workspaces to suburban communities from the earliest stages.
